Takumi Tie offer returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
In order to protect all customers and ensure that all returns are handled fairly, Takumi Tie may require a proof of your purchase. If you provide us your information when you check out, we will typically have a record of your purchase.
We will refund the purchase price or exchange the products, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused with original tags/labels attached and packaging included).
- Items must not be customised/personalised items
- Items must not be sales items
Refunds will not include the cost of shipping.
When shipping your return to Takumi Tie, you are responsible for all shipping costs.

Faulty or incorrect Items
If you received a faulty item and the return period has not yet passed, contact us at “firstname.lastname@example.org” and ship it back to us. We will verify the conditions of the item as soon as it arrives and we will proceed with the refund.
If you received one or more items that are different than the ones you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience. Contact us at “email@example.com” and we will be happy to assist you.
If you request an exchange for faulty or incorrect items, we will pay shipping and handling charges for the item we ship to you. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of your new item. Please note your country may levy import duties and taxes on any items we ship to you; you are responsible for paying any duties or taxes.
